Working at Zayndu
We are a small team building unique systems, with the ambition to remove harmful chemicals from agriculture globally. We use cutting edge plasma systems which draw on state of the art physics, electronics and control systems to create incredible biological effects on the seeds we treat. We talk about putting the power of lightning next to a plant embryo, with such precision it boosts the seed’s health and delivers increased yield for the growers. It’s pretty incredible, and a very exciting place to be.
To make this happen we are a team, from the shop floor to the board. We support each other, and we have a passion which goes beyond the daily grind. Knowledge and experience are important, but attitude and personality, and a can-do mindset perhaps matter more.
You’d be joining a team of real talent who can support and nurture you, but also an employer who believes in training – both on and off the job, with many employees benefiting from additional company-funded qualifications and courses. We also offer
- 5% company pension contribution
- Generous training scheme
- Free parking
