Health tech startup Holly Health and health information platform Patient.info have announced a collaboration to promote digital coaching.
Through the partnership, which began in Autumn 2025, Holly Health’s personalised digital health coaching for mental and physical health is now featured on Patient.info’s platform, which is owned by Navigate Health.
Holly Health is a backed by the NHS Innovation Accelerator, and more than 200 GP practice partnerships around the UK use its service to help improve patients’ health outcomes such as exercise, mental wellbeing, weight and blood pressure.
Grace Gimson, chief executive and co-founder at Holly Health, said: “We are delighted to be collaborating with Navigate Health and Patient.info, and look forward to seeing the physical and mental health improvements in those who take up the coaching.
“Our organisation’s missions are very aligned, to empower the public through providing intelligent tools and education for prevention and health improvement, so it made perfect sense to us.”
With conditions such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and anxiety on the rise, accessible and scalable behavioural change support is increasingly recognised as essential to improving population health and reducing pressure on NHS services.
Holly Health’s coaching aims to help users take small, achievable steps towards long-term improvements in sleep, movement, nutrition, and mental health.
Thomas Porteus, director of product and partnerships at Patient.info, said: “Every day people come to Patient.info looking for clear, trusted guidance on their health, but often the real challenge is knowing how to put that advice into practice.
“That’s why we’re so pleased to be working with Holly Health. Their coaching makes change feel possible, by supporting people with the small, realistic steps that add up to better health and wellbeing. Together we can help people feel more in control and supported on their journey.”
The companies say that the collaboration represents a shared commitment to enhancing prevention and self-management, key pillars of the UK’s healthcare strategy.
In April 2025, Holly Health announced that its digital coaching service will be available through the NHS App through a collaboration with Patients Know Best (PKB).
An integration allows the Holly Health coaching service and PKB records to ‘speak’ to each other, so that members of the public can transfer blood pressure readings and lifestyle health data into their personal records.
Holly Health also announced a £320,000 Prevention Innovation Fund, offering up to four Integrated Care Systems, or equivalents in Scotland and Wales, up to £80,000 credit each towards deploying the coaching service to help increase self- management support across their region.
