ASX-listed EML Payments have advised that Group General Counsel Anna Gorton (pictured) has been appointed Company Secretary effective immediately.
Anna Gorton is an experienced company secretary and lawyer with a career spanning more than 20 years. Gorton has previously held Company Secretary roles with, among others, SMS Management & Technology Ltd (now part of ASG Group Limited) and Aconex Limited.
EML Payments have also advised that Sonya Tissera-Isaacs has stepped down as Company Secretary.
