Program to Honor Young Farmers, Entrepreneurs, Innovators Driving Today’s Ag Revolution
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AgPR) Oct. 16, 2025 – FARMCON is calling on the trailblazers, the groundbreakers, and the unstoppable forces of success in agriculture. The FARMCON 40 Under Forty Awards will honor farmers, entrepreneurs and agribusiness professionals who are redefining the future of farming through bold leadership, technological innovation, and deep-rooted community impact.
In a world where agriculture is evolving with lightning speed, this spotlight will recognize 40 standout individuals under 40 who are leading the charge. Honorees will be recognized during FARMCON, Jan. 7-8, 2026 in Kansas City.
Whether it’s creating new market opportunities, launching game-changing ag-tech, or transforming the rural landscape, the selected honorees will be the role models who are already making a difference. Nominees will be those uniquely positioned to lead the bold new era of American agriculture, where tradition meets innovation, and the future is rooted in resilience, driven by technology and powered by unwavering optimism and commitment.

Organizations, associations and companies are invited to nominate ag leaders under the age of 40 who are changing the game. Individuals also may be self-nominated for the 2026 40 Under Forty Awards. The application process is simple:
