ASX-listed Praemium Limited have advised that Ms Emma Stepcic (pictured) has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Emma Stepcic is a Certified Practising Accountant and member of CPA Australia and has an extensive background in senior financial leadership roles in ASX listed organisations including Atlas Arteria and most recently as CFO of Envirosuite Ltd. Stepcic also has extensive international finance experience, notably with Schlumberger (SLB) and Deloitte. Emma will commence with Praemium on 1 October 2025.
Simon Moore, Interim CFO, will leave Praemium on Friday 19th September following completion of his contract.
